Good Eats: The Health Benefits of Brussels Sprouts

This Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Grapes with Walnuts is one of my favorite dishes to make for friends and family. Brussels are one of those vegetables that you either love or hate. Well, I happen to love them and for good reason!

They are anti-oxidant powerhouses and help to ward off free radicals which play a role in the development of some cancers as well as an triggering an accelerated rate of aging.  They are also low in calories; 1 cup contains 56 calories and has 4 grams of fiber.
