This side dish is a high-fiber mix of lightly stir-fried, heart-healthy green veggies!

  • 1 tablespoon extra- virgin olive oi or avocado oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups asparagus
  • 2 cups chopped (1″) sugar snap peas
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce


In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Sauté the broccoli, asparagus, and sugar snap peas, stirring frequently, until tender but crisp and bright green, about 4 minutes. Add the teriyaki sauce and toss. Remove from the heat and serve.
