Ingredients:
- 5 cups pomegranate arils
- 1/3 cup of red onions, diced to your desired size.
- 1-2 jalapeños, seeds and ribs removed, finely diced (adjust to your spice preference)
- 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions: Combine the ingredients below in a bowl. A squeeze of lime and sea salt. Serves 6.
